Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and find carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and participate in hands-on and virtual training.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
