Job summary

NEFCO Corp. is seeking a Fleet Compliance Associate to provide administrative support for driver compliance and onboarding programs.

You will assist with driver hiring, DQF management, regulatory recordkeeping, and documentation, gaining exposure to DOT/FMCSA regulations while supporting the Fleet Compliance Manager and Specialist. Qualifications

• Administrative or compliance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, proactive, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding driver hires through background screening and DQF systems.
• Coordinate with Recruiting on hiring paperwork.
• Maintain driver qualification files and records.
• Track driver license and medical card expirations.
• Enter drivers into Geotab and fleet systems.
• Process accident documentation and claims.
• Support training tracking and compliance initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
