Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry‑level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for a 100% onsite role. You will help customers meet financial goals, learn branch operations, and grow with a performance‑driven culture in a growing financial services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background, credit checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and support branch goals.
