Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring for an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in a 100% onsite role. You will train for 18–24 months, learn branch operations, and advance to a Branch Manager.

The position offers a clear career path, relocation support, and a strong compensation package including a base of $45,000 with an uncapped bonus potential. Expect extensive customer interaction, loan origination opportunities, and ongoing training in lending products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background checks and license eligibility where applicable.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
• Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and credit improvement.
• Process loan applications and support branch operations.
• Promote company values and provide excellent customer experience.
