Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in the United States. You will undergo 18–24 months of paid training to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will focus on helping customers meet financial goals, originate new loan business, educate on lending services, and guide customers through applications. The role offers bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on lending services and improve credit.
• Assist customers through the loan application process and reminders.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales plans to meet goals.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
