Russell Tobin is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Columbus, OH for a leading financial services firm. The person will respond to calls about brokerage accounts, assist with Brokerage Cash Management products, and help clients access accounts online or via mobile app.

The role includes an initial fully remote training period (4–5 weeks) and then a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• College degree or previous contact center experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and financial products quickly.
