Russell Tobin is hiring a Financial Representative in Columbus, OH. The role handles inbound calls for customer inquiries and account support, with pay rate of $17–$19/hour W2, depending on experience.

Contract duration ranges from 6 to 12 months with potential full-time conversion based on performance and availability. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in banking or financial services, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience; internships may be considered.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or customer support preferred.
• Previous contact center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet established performance metrics and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support.
• Provide accurate and efficient responses while meeting department performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow procedures and workflows when addressing inquiries.
• Identify and elevate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team.
• Manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
