As a Financial Services Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in guiding clients through their financial needs, building strong relationships, and helping them navigate important financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive service throughout the process


• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text to provide information, answer questions, and coordinate next steps


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up


• Conduct client conversations to understand their needs, goals, and financial objectives


• Educate clients on available financial and mortgage solutions and help them understand the products and process


• Coordinate and manage client appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and other important milestones


• Collect, organize, and review client information and documentation


• Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM


• Follow up with clients throughout the process to ensure they remain informed and supported from beginning to end


• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client needs and ensure a smooth overall experience


• Manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment


• Participate in ongoing training to develop knowledge of financial services, mortgage products, client communication, and business development


• Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Psychology, or Communications preferred, May 2025 & May 2026 grads are strongly encouraged to apply!
