What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating clearly with clients and guiding them through the home loan process
• Helping gather and organize documents, often meeting multiple deadlines (we’ll show you how!)
• Working with our team to keep everything running smoothly—from applications to closings
• Staying organized and on top of multiple moving parts. We have a CRM platform to help you keep track of client activity
• Learning the ins and outs of the mortgage world as you go

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Someone who uses sound judgment to make suggestions or ask smart follow-up questions
• Someone who’s dependable and can manage their time well
• Experience in Real Estate or Mortgage industry is preferred but not required
