Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; relocation package for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
• Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
• Educate customers on all lending services and products.
• Help customers through loan applications and closings.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
