Job summary

Republic Finance in Pensacola, FL seeks an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to grow into a Branch Manager. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and then be assigned your own location with full relocation support.

Your focus is helping customers meet financial goals by originating loan opportunities, educating on lending services, and supporting sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on our consumer lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning to meet goals.
• Manage loan applications, risk analysis, and credit decisions as part of branch operations.
