Republic Finance in Dayton, OH is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and then manage your own location with relocation support. The role focuses on helping customers meet financial goals, originating loans, and growing with internal promotions.

You’ll educate customers on lending options, assist with recruiting and training, and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance or Sales.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must meet background, credit checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations through an 18–24 month paid training program.
• Promote from within; manage a branch after training with relocation support.
• Originate new loan business by engaging customers and identifying needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Administer loan closings and process insurance claims.
