Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and identifying needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and improve credit/debt consolidation.
• Assist loan application process and reminder calls.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
• Administer loan closings and process insurance claims.
• Support recruiting, training, and sales goal plans for branch growth.
• Promote core values and ensure outstanding customer experience.
