Job summary
Republic Finance, an established consumer lending company, is seeking an entry‑level Assistant Branch Manager to learn branch operations and management within an 18–24 month paid training program. You will originate loans, evaluate applications, and help staff grow sales while delivering excellent customer service.
The role offers relocation support for promotions, full benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
- 1 year+ of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Spanish language skills desirable but not required.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations.
- Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.
Responsibilities
- Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
- Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit or consolidate debt.
- Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.
- Manage loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions as needed.
- Support branch operations and other duties to promote a great customer experience.
