Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers migrate to our software platform and provide comprehensive training throughout the implementation process.

You will travel about 80% of the time, working with dealership teams to customize the system and train staff. When not on-site, you’ll support customers remotely, ensuring successful transitions and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, with few moving violations.
• Must have reliable home internet for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 80% to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and tailor the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site.
• Prepare for future trips and follow up with recently installed customers.
