Pearce is hiring a Field Maintenance Technician in Edison, New Jersey. The role focuses on keeping critical facilities and renewable energy sites running safely and efficiently.

You may rotate through warehouse, shop, and field projects, learning through hands-on training for solar, storage, HVAC, and power systems. Candidates should be hands-on, with a mechanical and electrical curiosity, and be willing to travel up to 100% per Pearce’s 6 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of work and follow safety procedures.
