Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance/related experience preferred.
• Completion of a trade school program is acceptable.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% per Pearce schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and complete repairs safely.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Install and maintain conduit, cable trays, brackets, supports, shelving, and other equipment.
• Assist field technicians with maintenance and repairs at solar and energy storage sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures.
• Operate hand and power tools and move equipment as needed.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
