You will travel to various sites, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist senior technicians at solar and battery storage locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance or related field experience preferred or trade school completion.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% following Pearce’s rotation schedule.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electrical systems.
• Dependable, adaptable and safety‑conscious team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot systems to identify issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Support preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Install and maintain conduit, cable trays, brackets, and supports as needed.
• Assist with warehouse, fleet, and shop operations and documentation.
• Help experienced field technicians at solar and battery storage sites.
