Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer to begin a long-term career in field service. You will receive hands-on, on-the-job training while supporting UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally for field assignments and occasionally nationwide.
