The role emphasizes customer-facing service, problem solving and documentation. Some shifts may be compressed and night work could occur to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with training provided
• Less than one year of related experience preferred
• Travel up to 25% with valid driver’s license
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
• Able to work flexible shifts and lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain photolithography equipment on site
• Triage equipment issues, troubleshoot and minimize downtime
• Provide clear documentation and periodic status reports
• Coordinate with field technicians and customers to ensure smooth service
