Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• AA OR BS degree in a related field is preferred, plus less than one year of related experience.
• May require up to 25% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Requires MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Position may require travel to other offices/customer sites within the US; some overseas travel as needed.
• Requires ability to work flexible shifts, including compressed shifts as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Must be capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining composure in high‑pressure situations.
• This position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job.
• Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds individually; assistance may be available for heavier lifts.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain equipment within factory standard specifications.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system equipment.
• Perform repair maintenance or unit replacement according to factory procedures independently and with others.
• Provide technical support to customers and respond to questions to minimize downtime.
