Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks motivated candidates for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee role. You will enroll in a 12-month training program combining field and classroom learning, with relocation after completion to an assigned territory to drive quotas.

During training you will travel 80-100% (overnight) and gain exposure to high-end software solutions, marketing services, forms, and promotional products for the automotive industry. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to assigned territory after training to achieve quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the territory.
• Travel with overnight stays 80-100% during training and after relocation.
