The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated, hard-working individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee role. The 12-month training program combines field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel 80-100% during the training period and mentoring by experienced sales professionals.

Upon completion, trainees relocate to a territory to become Sales Professionals, aiming to meet monthly and annual quotas across Reynolds products and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (low violations).
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate after training to manage a sales territory and meet quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
• Work with mentors during training and travel with service/installation teams.
