ADP, a Fortune 250 provider of cloud-based HR, payroll, and benefits solutions, is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on acquiring new clients with 1–49 employees and selling payroll, tax, HR, and other ADP solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will develop senior-level relationships, leverage ADP training and technology, and work in a collaborative, inclusive culture with opportunities for advancement and travel incentives.

Qualifications

• One to two years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
• Military experience is recognized and appreciated, bringing discipline and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within a defined geography by closing new business and meeting sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and business owners to build a network.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate daily with ADP teams and partners while upholding high ethical standards.
