Qualifications

• College degree not required; relevant experience acceptable.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, or military experience.
• Strong cold-calling, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Close sales in a defined geographic territory and hit quotas.
• Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more.
• Develop relationships with partners and leverage ADP solutions.
• Travel within the territory as needed (field-based role).
