ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services. The role covers a defined geographic territory (1-49 employees) and focuses on identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and other ADP solutions.

You will spend your time in the field cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and closing deals, with top-tier training and the latest sales technology to support your success.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• What matters are the skills to do the job.
• Other acceptable experiences could include Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.
• Military experience is recognized and valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business Within your assigned geography to close sales and hit goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
