Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in the Charlotte area. You’ll manage a defined 1–49 employee territory, sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, and expand relationships with existing customers.

Email and tele-sales support are complemented by top-tier training and a culture that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and incentive trips.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• One to two years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, OR military experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined territory by closing sales and achieving targets.
• Turn prospects into Loyal Clients and build a network with decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and explore additional ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients, internal teams, and partners.
