W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive growth in the New York market.

You will engage local businesses, demonstrate a full range of workplace products, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO, supported by inside sales and onboarding teams. You will travel the territory, build relationships, and leverage branch meetings and vendor incentives to expand the customer base and advance your outside sales career within a privately owned, values-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory by foot or car to meet local businesses.
• Introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason products and services.
• Demo products, share pricing options, and assist new customers with MasonvilleGO setup.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings and leverage team support to grow the market and outside sales career.
