Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin in Milwaukee is seeking an Associate Account Representative to support our field sales team and grow community awareness for blood collection needs. You will source new accounts, assist in driving blood drive programs, and collaborate with partners to ensure strong participation.

You will work with diverse community groups and university partners, delivering education and coordinating events with Account Representatives and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework and/or work experience may substitute.
• Strong written and verbal communication for community engagement and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a sales/support role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and network to create productive blood drive opportunities.
• Coordinate on-site recruitment and scheduling for events and drives.
• Educate communities about the mission and expand partnerships with organizations.
• Develop presentations for community groups and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote blood drives and track engagement.
