Responsibilities

• Ensure client onboarding documents are current and compliant.
• Manage onboarding packets and update the Candidate Tracker.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug tests, and medical screening.
• Maintain contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements.
• Provide front office customer service.
• Organize office supplies, mail, shipments, and directory.
• Deliver world-class candidate experiences in every interaction.
