Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements and update the Candidate Tracker until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Monitor E-Verify requirements and compliance status.
• Provide front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, and filing of paperwork.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packet requirements such as authorization forms, drug tests, and background checks; update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements, including monitoring expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, and filing of office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

About You
