Job summary

Notre Dame in South Carolina is seeking an onboarding coordinator to ensure pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents are properly processed in collaboration with Compliance. You will manage onboarding packets, background checks, and drug testing to clear candidates for start, while maintaining accurate Candidate Tracker entries.

In this role you will handle background checks and medical screenings for contractors, ensure E-Verify compliance, and provide top-tier front desk service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packets including authorization forms, drug tests, background checks, and update the Candidate Tracker until candidates are cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements such as expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, and filing of office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
