Job summary

GOTAFE in the United States (South Carolina) is seeking a role focused on client onboarding and compliance support. You will ensure pre-employment requirements and documentation stay current in partnership with Compliance, and manage onboarding packets through to candidate clearance.

In this role you will handle background checks, drug testing, medical screenings, and E-Verify compliance for contractors, while delivering strong front-office service and keeping supplies organized.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client onboarding packets including authorization forms, drug tests, background checks, and update the Candidate Tracker until candidates are cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements such as expired documents and compliance status.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing, shipments, and filing of office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world-class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
