Lithko Contracting is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer. You will join a team building across industrial facilities, healthcare, education, and data centers. You’ll engage in hands-on field work, safety, and quality planning while growing with mentors.

Expect varied duties from estimating to field engineering as you develop your career at Lithko. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 DOE with benefits; relocation to applicable Lithko locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule and safety and quality plans with managers/mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with teams via daily preparation plan and project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
