Job summary

HTU is seeking a driven field sales representative to knock on doors in residential neighborhoods and introduce company services. You will engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify needs, then schedule appointments for the sales team without closing sales.

You will deliver clear pitches, track daily activity, and participate in ongoing training to improve skills. The role requires outdoor work Monday through Saturday, with uncapped bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knocking.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling.
• Availability Monday through Saturday.
