Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to support general building operations in a multi-property environment. Under supervision, you will perform maintenance, custodial duties, grounds care, and basic repairs, including door hardware, painting, lighting, and minor carpentry tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of related experience preferred, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 1+ year of related commercial property maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance under supervision.
• Handle custodial duties, grounds, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Install/replace door hardware, locks, and keys.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and prep surfaces.
• Operate building systems and safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests.
• Travel between properties as needed in varying weather.
