Lexicon seeks a motivated Contracts and Procurement Specialist to support contract development, procurement activities, and coordination on major EPC projects. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project support.
• Fundamental understanding of contract terms and commercial principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and change orders.
• Maintain contract files, key dates, and deliverables in contract management systems.
• Support procurement teams in issuing RFQs, tracking bids, and compiling comparisons.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather documentation and updates.
• Track contract milestones, variations, and change order logs in EPC projects.
