Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to learn and develop competency in essential duties while supporting the Project Management team on active construction sites.

You will assist with administrative tasks, submittals, RFIs, and documentation, ensuring timely, accurate records and adherence to company policies and safety standards. This role offers growth in a large, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors, and others.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs; prepare logs for meetings.
• Prepare and issue contracts for Subcontractors and Owner/Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan and coordinate with field personnel.
