Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role focuses on learning essential duties, administering documentation, and assisting with timing, logs, and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Training, education, and relevant work experience may be equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs; prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare and deliver subcontractor contracts and owner/maintenance manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed and collaborate with field personnel.
