Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to begin a career in project management, supporting the Project Management team with administrative and construction duties. You will learn how to manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and documentation while coordinating with PMs and field staff.

The role offers exposure to high-profile construction projects, opportunities to develop competency, and a path toward independent project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, minutes).
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with PM.
• Maintain logs for changes, submittals, drawings.
• Prepare contract submittals and subcontractor contracts.
• Assist in Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Support field personnel and monitor progress.
