Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical competence for department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule echocardiography exams.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff, physicians, and patients.
• Prepare patients and educate them on procedures.
• Perform ultrasound exams per protocol and ensure timely results.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort and ensure quality outcomes.
• Document exam results and charge codes accurately.
