Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to join its entry‑level outside sales team in the Tennessee area. No prior sales experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed with business owners and decision-makers across multiple industries.

You will promote leading supplemental insurance products and services, meeting 50–100+ attendees in some presentations, while building a personal client portfolio and achieving monthly

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience; degree near completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory and nearby communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses, build relationships with local business owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at end of day.
