Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Johnson City, TN seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance salesperson. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while building a client portfolio through calls, meetings, and on-site visits.

You’ll work with a team to meet monthly targets, use Salesforce, and progress through promotions as you develop skills in relationship building and effective presentations.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and record daily sales activity.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
