Universal Energy Solutions is hiring motivated individuals to join our Baltimore team as Direct Sales Representatives. This entry-level role focuses on developing new business opportunities while learning our proven sales system alongside experienced Account Managers.

You’ll meet with business owners, review energy plans, and recommend solutions that fit each customer’s needs. You'll be mentored by senior Account Managers, practice our customer consultation process, and build relationships with

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.

• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn our proven customer consultation process alongside experienced mentors.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
