Universal Energy Solutions is hiring a Direct Sales Representative in the Houston area. You’ll work with consumers to review energy plans, present supplier options, and recommend solutions that fit their business needs.

You’ll be mentored by Account Managers while learning our proven sales system to hit targets and grow. This entry‑level role emphasizes training, hands‑on experience, and potential career progression to Account Manager and leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Meet face-to-face with customers and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for customers.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Build relationships with prospective residential customers.
• Learn and apply the company’s sales process with mentors.
• Travel within a 30‑mile radius of the office.
