Universal Energy Solutions in Houston is hiring Consumer Sales Representatives for an entry-level role designed to launch your sales career. You'll meet with local residential owners to review energy plans, spot savings opportunities, and recommend supplier options.

Training, coaching, and mentorship are provided from day one. The program offers two compensation paths—base pay plus commissions or commission-only—with paid training and weekly commissions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Consumer Sales Rep role designed for career starters.
• Requires reliable vehicle and U.S. work authorization.
• Willingness to travel within 30-mile radius of Houston office.

Responsabilités

• Meet face-to-face with residential customers and decision-makers.
• Review electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for customers.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Travel within an assigned territory (approx. 30 miles radius).
