Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer deposit account records in core systems, including basic changes to ownership and address updates.
• Review deposit-related documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in researching and resolving exception items and processing adjustments under guidance of senior staff.
• Support CD/IRA servicing including updates and simple distributions or rollovers.
• Assist with unclaimed property tracking and escheatment reporting per state laws.
• Assist with mail-based transactions and other deposits operations tasks.
• Assist in compliance documentation and reporting and participate in department projects.
