Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations assistant to perform essential functions in deposit processing and documentation. You will handle daily tasks in core systems, file required documents, and ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to use Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work indoors in a controlled environment. Prior banking experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months general banking experience preferred.
• Work is indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
• May sit for long periods; some standing, walking, bending and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Track and file required documents.
• Perform deposit maintenance on core system and auxiliary systems.
• Process exception items including returns and un-posted items.
• Perform quality control reviews on all processes.
• Review deposit records.
• Deposit compliance reviews.
• Meet customer service level agreements to the branches.
