Qualifications

• 3 years cash handling and customer service in retail or branch banking
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year cash handling and customer service in retail or branch banking
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and search tools to find information
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Performs morning operational huddles.
• Coordinates staffing and scheduling for efficient operation.
• Guides associates on teller transactions and enforces policy and procedure.
• Assists with vault opening/closing, Night Depository, and cash balancing.
• Mitigates operational loss by managing cash limits and overrides.
• Resolves client issues through research and problem-solving.
• Supports risk management through awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Operates ATM, cash recycler, currency counters, and coin sorters.
• Models sales and service behavior and supervises lobby management.
• Builds/maintains client relationships and educates on digital channels.
• Delivers proactive sales conversations to meet appointments and goals.
