Premier Subaru of Fremont is seeking an entry-level Business Office Clerk to join our dealership team in Fremont, CA. This role offers basic accounting exposure, training, and the chance to grow in dealership operations.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with pay between $23.00 and $25.00 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and assist across business office tasks.

Competenze

• Basic accounting knowledge through coursework, training, or previous work experience.
• Previous clerical, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is helpful.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Enter information accurately into dealership systems.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment posting as assigned.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• File, scan, and maintain organized records.
• Follow up on missing documents or information.
• Cross-train in different business office functions and support team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information.
